“Directing festivals is exciting and challenging – a pressure cooker experience. I see my role as a festival director and event manager to be in the hot seat juggling all the components. It’s so rewarding seeing it come together – from the marketing hitting the street and the website going live (that moment when you realise that it’s real) to when the public enter and the site comes alive. The energy of a great event is incredible. It makes me smile, laugh and on occasions cry – out of joy, relief, excitement and pride.”
Ros has directed and delivered a wide range of festivals and events and has experience in all areas of festival direction, management and production.
